Disclosure Policy

I thought about having a fancy policy generated, but I thought better of it. The whole point of a disclosure policy is to assure your readers that you will be totally honest. I kind of want to make that promise in my OWN words, you know? So here is my pledge to you:

  • -I will always give a 100% percent honest opinion, good OR bad.
  • -I will only tell you I've personally experienced something if I actually have.
  • -I will always let you know if I was comped the product, service, or experience.
  • -I will link to other reviews if I am aware of them, so you can get several perspectives.
As far as the tone of this blog, I want to be very clear. I'm not going to sugarcoat my experiences. My PR notice makes it apparent that I will be totally honest about my experience, even if it's negative. I will not be limiting myself to discussing comps, either. Anything I experience is fair game here. Whether I approve or not, I will explain in detail why I do or do not give my recommendation. We all value different things, and in order for you to make the best decision for you, you should be given the specifics.
